Abstract

In order to explore the toxic effects of aluminum on plants and the mechanism of plant resistance to aluminum, some physiological and biochemical indicators in the root and leaf cells of the aluminum-resistant line TAM202 and the aluminum-sensitive line TAM105 of wheat under acidic conditions (pH 4.4) were studied. and the absorption of different forms of aluminum by wheat. The results show that wheat mainly absorbs mononuclear aluminum, and the resistant strain wheat TAM202 absorbs less aluminum; the pH value of the nutrient solution increased significantly after TAM202 was cultured under the action of low concentrations of aluminum; in Under the action of different concentrations of aluminum, the proline content in the leaves of the aluminum-sensitive line TAM105 increased significantly, indicating that the effect of aluminum on the leaves of TAM202 was less than that on TAM105. The component contents of the wheat root cell walls of the two lines changed under aluminum stress. . Under the action of 75 ¦Ìmol¡¤L-1 aluminum, the contents of cell wall proteins, hexoses and uronic acids in TAM202 increased, indicating that aluminum may promote the synthesis of cell wall components and play a certain role in plant resistance to aluminum.
