Abstract

Five wheat varieties with different drought resistance were used as experimental materials to analyze the correlation between wheat expansin activity and drought resistance under drought stress. The expression of six different expansin genes under drought stress was also detected. The results show that the correlation between expansin activity and wheat drought resistance reaches 98.7%, and the expression of the gene TaEXPA3 is regulated by drought stress and is closely related to wheat drought resistance.
