Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of application of Lugua Polypeptide Injection in Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University School of Medicine and conduct rational analysis to provide reference for rational clinical drug use. Methods: The discharge medical records of Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University School of Medicine in 2017 that used Lugua Polypeptide Injection were extracted, and 667 of them were sampled and reviewed. According to the instructions and evidence-based basis of Lugua Polypeptide Injection, the rational clinical application of Lugua Polypeptide Injection was analyzed. Conducted retrospective analysis. Results: The unreasonable rate of clinical application of Lugua Polypeptide Injection was 58.47%, including inappropriate indications (11.54%), unreasonable dosage (2.10%), small solvent volume (52.47%), and too long treatment course (10.64%). %) and unreasonable compatibility (7.95%). Conclusion There are some problems in the clinical application of Lugua Polypeptide Injection. It is recommended to strengthen pharmacists’ order review and physician training to promote rational clinical use of drugs and ensure patient drug safety.
