Abstract

This experiment studied the absorption and biotransformation of Cr(III) by Spirulina platensis and the effect of Cr(III) on the growth of Spirulina platensis. The results of inorganic Cr(III) absorbed by Spirulina platensis were analyzed by ICP-MSHPLC. Existential valence states were analyzed. The results show that Spirulina platensis has good enrichment and biotransformation capabilities for Cr(III). In this experiment, the total chromium enrichment can reach 173.17 mg/g, and the degree of organicization can be as high as 96.99%. ICP-MS-HPLC analysis results showed that there was no production of toxic Cr(VI). In addition, dry weight measurement results showed that low concentrations of Cr(III) (< 234.38 ¡Á 10-6g/g) promoted the growth of Spirulina platensis, while high concentrations of Gr(¢ó) (> 234.38 ¡Á 10-6g/g) Inhibits symbiotic growth and causes abnormal morphology of Spirulina platensis. Spirulina platensis can efficiently enrich Cr(III) within a certain range and can be used as a safe and nutritious health food; Spirulina platensis is resistant to high Cr(III) pressure and has the ability to adsorb high concentrations of Cr(III), making it useful for Removal of Cr(III) pollution in the environment
