Abstract

Identifying and locating wheat leaf proteins and analyzing the genomic behavioral characteristics of wheat leaf proteins are an important aspect of basic research on wheat leaf proteomics. This study used high-throughput protein analysis, mass spectrometry analysis, bioinformatics and other technologies to analyze the euploidy of common wheat variety Arbor and its five deficient systems in the etiolated seedling stage leaves (E) and heading stage leaves (H). Differences in leaf protein expression. 630 proteins were repeatedly detected in euploid Abbot E, and 520 proteins were repeatedly detected in euploid Abbot H, of which 514 proteins were shared by E and H, 116 proteins were only shared by E, and 6 proteins (862,756.1 ,759,A56.2,458.3,249) Only H has. It was also found that chromosomes 1A, 1B, 6A, 6B and 6D affected the expression of 68 leaf proteins in the H phase and 38 leaf proteins in the E phase. It deserves special emphasis that leaf protein A56.1, a putative retrotransposon protein, is completely missing in both E and H phases of the 1A-deficient system or the 6A-deficient system, while leaf protein 756.1, a putative ATP-dependent DNA helix The 70kD subunit of enzyme II is completely missing in the H phase of the 1A-deficient system, the 1B-deficient system, or the 6A-deficient system.
