Abstract
This experiment aims to explore the effects of compound polypeptides on the growth performance, blood physical and chemical indicators and the number of main intestinal flora of early weaned piglets. 90 21-day-old “Du¡ÁLong¡ÁLarge” three-way hybrid piglets weaned were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the principle of similar weight and 1/2 male and female, with 3 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate. . The control group was fed basal diet, and the test group was added with 0.5% and 1.0% compound polypeptides in the basal diet respectively. The test period was 30 days. On the 30th day of the experiment, various growth performance indicators, various physical and chemical indicators in the blood, and the number of intestinal flora of the weaned piglets were measured. The results showed that compared with the control group, adding 0.5% and 1.0% compound polypeptides to the diet could increase the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of weaned piglets, and reduce the feed-to-weight ratio, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05); adding 0.5% compound peptides to the diet significantly increased serum total antioxidant capacity (P<0.05), and adding 1.0% compound peptides significantly reduced serum nitric oxide content (P<0.05); adding 0.5% to the diet and 1.0% compound polypeptide can improve serum immune indicators to a certain extent, and the addition level of 1.0% can significantly increase the levels of serum interleukin-2, thyroxine, insulin and gastrin (P<0.05); Adding 0.5% compound polypeptide to food can significantly reduce the number of Escherichia coli in the intestine and increase the number of Lactobacilli (P<0.05). It can be seen that adding 0.5% and 1.0% compound peptides to the diet can improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets to a certain extent, improve various immune indicators and hormone content in the serum, and adding 0.5% compound peptides It can significantly increase the number of Lactobacilli in the intestine and reduce the number of Escherichia coli.
