Abstract
[Purpose] To explore the appropriate substitution amount of soybean protein in carp feed. [Method] Taking healthy carp (cyprinuscarpio) with an initial mass of (50.13¡À0.41) g as the test object. The experiment was conducted in an indoor single-circulation temperature-controlled breeding system for 8 weeks. In the growth test, fishmeal was used as the animal protein source and dehulled soybean meal was used as the plant protein source. The dehulled soybean meal replaced 0% (ck), 15%, 30%, 45% and 60% of the fishmeal protein respectively, and was formulated into 5 isoproteins. (360g/kg) isoenergetic (15.2mj/kg) semi-refined feed to study the effects of soybean protein on carp growth, feed conversion rate and muscle nutritional components. [Results] When soybean protein replaces 15% fishmeal protein, ppv ( Protein deposition rate) was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05), sgr (specific growth rate), fer (feed efficiency), per (protein efficiency) were not significantly different from the control group (p>0.05); when soy protein replaced 30 %, 45%, 60% fishmeal protein, fer, per and the control group were not significantly different (p>0.05); 30%, 45% soy protein replacement group ppv was not significantly different from the control group (p>0.05), 60% The sgr and ppv of the soy protein replacement group decreased significantly (p<0.05). In addition, as the soy protein replacement ratio increased, the water content of the fish body gradually increased, and the 45% and 60% soy protein replacement groups were significantly different from the control group. (p<0.01); the crude protein and crude fat contents gradually decreased. There was a significant difference between the 60% soy protein replacement group and the control group (p<0.05); there was no significant change in ash content between the groups (p>0.05). With the increase in the substitution level of soy protein, the total contents of amino acids, essential amino acids and umami amino acids all showed an upward trend, but the differences between the groups were not significant (p>0.05). [Conclusion] Under the conditions of this experiment, the combination of 50-100g carp When the feed protein level is 360g/kg, the optimal amount of soybean protein to replace fishmeal protein is 15%, and the maximum replacement amount is 45%. Excessive addition of soybean protein will affect the growth and feed conversion rate of carp, and reduce the concentration of protein and fat in muscles. The content decreased, but the effect on the amino acid content in muscles was not significant.
