Abstract
Using wheat variety Aikang 58 as material, 0.3mmol/l salicylic acid (sa) solution was used to pretreat wheat leaves at the grain filling stage, and water pretreatment was used as a control to conduct 3 different light temperature treatments: suitable temperature, medium light intensity ( 25¡æ, 600¦Ìmolm-2s-1) for 2h, high temperature and strong light (38¡æ, 1600¦Ìmolm-2s-1) for 2h, high temperature and strong light for 2h and then placed under suitable temperature and medium light intensity to recover for 3h. Determination of wheat under different light and temperature conditions Changes in the functions of deg1 protease, d1 protein and ps¢¢ in chloroplasts and the regulatory effect of sa. The results showed that high temperature and strong light stress led to the degradation of deg1 protease and d1 protein, and the ps¢¢ function was reversibly damaged. Compared with the control, salicylic acid pretreatment not only It can inhibit the degradation of wheat chloroplast deg1 protease and d1 protein under high temperature and strong light, maintain high ps¢¢ original photochemical efficiency (fv/fm), actual photochemical efficiency (¦Õps¢¢), electron transfer rate and net photosynthetic rate (pn), and accelerate Return to the recovery of ps¢¢ function under non-adversity conditions.
