Abstract
? ? ? Using strong-gluten wheat Zhongyou 9507, medium-gluten wheat Yangmai No. 12, and weak-gluten wheat Yangmai No. 9 as test materials, the phosphorus application amount was tested on phosphorus-deficient soil (available phosphorus content is 4.10 mg?kg-1). factors to study the effect of phosphorus application on the protein and component content of wheat grains. The results showed that phosphorus application could significantly regulate the protein and component contents of wheat grains. There is a parabolic relationship between phosphorus application amount and grain protein content of different types of wheat varieties. Appropriate phosphorus application can increase protein content and improve the quality of medium and strong gluten wheat grains. The protein content of weak gluten wheat grains treated with different phosphorus application amounts is less than 115 mg? g-1? , in line with the national standard GB/T17893-1999; phosphorus application has different effects on the content of various protein components in the grains of different types of wheat varieties, mainly increasing the glutenin and gliadin content of medium- and strong-gluten wheat grains and the gluten content of weak-gluten wheat grains. Protein content. Comprehensive consideration of the impact of phosphorus application on the grain yield and quality of different types of special wheat, under the designed experimental conditions, the appropriate phosphorus (P2O5) application amount for strong gluten wheat is 144kg? hm-2, medium and weak gluten wheat is 108kg? hm-2.
