Abstract
With the development of the aquaculture industry, the demand for feed is increasing, and the subsequent problems are the shortage of fish meal and rising prices. To solve this problem, it is urgent to find plant protein sources to replace fish meal. Various soy-derived proteins are the most important source of protein in aquatic animal feed due to their high protein content and relatively balanced amino acid types. In recent years, studies on Atlantic salmon (Salmo salarLinnaeus)1] and rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)2] have shown that replacing a certain proportion of fishmeal with proteins from different soybeans does not affect their production performance. Soybean protein isolate is a refined soybean protein product obtained from low-temperature soybean meal as raw material through alkali dissolution, acid precipitation and other processes. The protein content can reach more than 85%. Studies have shown that soy protein isolate can replace 40% of fish meal in the feed of young Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio Var¡¤Jian)3]. Hucho taimen is a carnivorous, cold-water salmonid fish that inhabits low-temperature (below 20¡ãC) streams. Its meat is delicious, tender, and rich in nutrients. The fish grows quickly and is a large and valuable fish. The average individual is about 3kg, and the large individual can reach 50kg. The body length is more than 1m, and it has high economic value. At present, the domestication and breeding of this fish has been successful4], and its breeding has been started in some provinces and cities in my country.
