Effects Of Spirulina On Endogenous Enzymes, Digestibility And Body Composition Of Summer Flowers Of Heterotrophic Silver Carp

Abstract
The heterotrophic crucian carp Xiahua with an average body weight of 3.2g was randomly divided into 7 groups, and 0.0% (group I), 0.2% (group II), 0.5% (group III), 1% ( Group IV), 1.5% (Group V), 2% (Group VI) and 5% (Group VII) of spirulina were fed for 42 days to study their effects on protease and amylase in the hepatopancreas and intestines of heterotrophic crucian carp activity, protein apparent digestibility and body composition. The results show that: ¢Ù Spirulina has a promoting effect on the protease activity in the hepatopancreas and intestines of the heterotrophic crucian carp Xiahua. The protease activities of the hepatopancreas in groups ¢ö and ¢÷ were respectively Compared with the control group, the activity increased by 68.9% and 136.47%, the difference was significant (P<0.05); the intestinal protease activity increased by 11.8% and 32.74%, respectively, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The effect of amylase in the hepatopancreas and intestines of Xia Hua was not obvious. ¢Ú The apparent digestibility of protein in the test group added with spirulina was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The moisture, crude protein, crude ash and crude fat contents of the body of croaker were not significantly affected; the crude fat content of the six groups of heterotrophic crucian carp fed with Spirulina increased to varying degrees. However, the difference was not significant compared with the control group (P >0.05)
