Courier cost policy

We are pleased to offer you samples free of charge, with the quantities detailed in the previous section.

Our protein products stand out for their innovative and unique features compared to other suppliers in the market. This distinction has led to a high volume of sample requests each week. While we are committed to accommodating these requests, covering the courier costs for all of them would significantly impact our expenses. This, in turn, could affect the competitiveness of our pricing.

Our goal is to attract and maintain long-term business relationships with our customers, and offering competitive pricing is a key part of that strategy. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to bear the courier costs for shipping from China. We have two convenient options for this process:

If you have DHL account

We will send out samples through your DHL account.  Please share your DHL account number, we will send out free samples to you within days. Please tell us the total cost, it could be REFUNDED to you after your formal Order.

If you do not have DHL account

We will check the DHL courier cost from China to your address. After your approval, then we will send you a PayPal payment link for the courier cost. After we received the payment, we will send out samples by DHL. It takes 5-7 days to reach your hand. The courier cost will be REFUNDED to you after the Formal Order placed to us.

Please kindly check below the rough cost of Parcel cost from China to different countries. The cost is for parcel gross weight<500g. Because packing material and all paper documents weight is 150g, so the Max sample net weight is 350g.

To the USA, Canada, courier cost:$80
To Asia, courier cost: $80
To Europe, Middle East, Africa, courier cost: $95
To Australia, New Zealand, courier cost: $80
