Exploring the GC-NPD method for detecting pesticide residues in rice and flour, showcasing its efficacy, sensitivity, and suitability for food safety.

The gas chromatography nitrogen and phosphorus detector method was selected to detect 22 kinds of organophosphorus and organic nitrogen pesticide residues in rice and flour. Rice and flour samples were extracted with acetone/dichloromethane (1:1, V/V), extracted with dichloromethane, diluted with acetone, and detected by GC-NPD. The results show that this method has good separation and high sensitivity, and the minimum detection amount of the method is between 5.180¡Á10-12 and 8.541¡Á10-11g. When the addition concentration is in the range of 0.02 to 2.00 mg¡¤kg-1, the average addition recovery rate of rice is 71.71% to 109.16%, and the coefficient of variation is 1.16% to 12.89%; the average addition recovery rate of flour is 73.87% to 113.48%, and the coefficient of variation is 73.87% to 113.48%. It is 1.75%~15.17%. This method fully complies with the technical requirements for pesticide residue detection, is a fast and effective analytical detection method, and is suitable for promotion and use in practice.
