Abstract
In order to provide a scientific basis for the utilization of wheat local variety resources in Henan Province, the A-PAGE method was used to conduct a homogeneous test on 243 local wheat varieties of 15 kinds, including Baiheshangtou, Baimai, Baimangcao and Chushanbao. The gliadin composition of homogeneous local varieties was analyzed among varieties with the same name and between varieties with the same name, and the clustering results were combined with agronomic traits for analysis. The results showed that 156 of the 243 materials were homogeneous, accounting for 156 of the total samples. 64.2%. These 156 local varieties produced a total of 72 spectral bands, including 21 in zone a, 22 in zone p, 16 in zone ¦´, and 13 in zone ¦Ø, with a total of 147 configurations; the band distribution frequency range is 0.6 %~100%, with an average of 25.6%; the diversity index is 0.957, of which 0.801 in the ¦Á zone, 0.836 in the ¦Â zone, 0.897 in the Y zone, and 0.870 in the ¦Ø zone. The range of spectral bands produced by 15 varieties with the same name is 27 to 41; between varieties The minimum genetic distance is 0 and the maximum is 2.033. The average genetic distance is distributed between 0.330 and 0.574; the genetic diversity index is distributed between 0.940 and 0.958. Comparing the clustering results with agronomic traits, most materials with similar agronomic traits can When the genetic distance is 1.0, they are clustered into one category. The same banding pattern appears among varieties with the same name and between varieties without the same name, indicating that wheat local varieties have the same name and different names.
