Abstract

? ? ? ? After resuscitating and re-cloning the anti-Newcastle disease virus monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell lines stored in liquid nitrogen, and screening them with ELISA and IIF, 24 cell lines with strong secretion ability were obtained. These cell lines were then inoculated into BALB/C mice, and the ascites fluid was taken for pretreatment. Their ELISA titers and IIF titers were measured, and Western blotting was used to determine the polypeptide epitopes of the Chinese standard virulent strain F48E8 they targeted. The measured results are all monoclonal antibodies against hemagglutinin-neuraminidase
