Abstract

In order to understand the photosynthetic characteristics of non-leaf organs of spring wheat under the control of nitrogen fertilizer and its relationship with grain protein content, the chlorophyll content, The photosynthetic area and grain protein content at maturity were studied. The results showed that increasing nitrogen fertilizer during the jointing stage of spring wheat can significantly increase the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic area of various non-leaf organs, and can effectively delay the degradation of chlorophyll content in various non-leaf organs. However, different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer have different effects on the photosynthetic characteristics of non-leaf organs. Judging from the correlation between the photosynthetic characteristics of non-leaf organs and the protein content of grains, the application of an appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer increases the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic area and content of non-leaf organs.
