Abstract

Use different adsorbents to adsorb long-term Spirulina algae liquid. By comparing the specific growth rate of Spirulina in the treated algae liquid, we screen out adsorbents that can remove extracellular self-growth inhibitors; compare the polysaccharides in the algae liquid before and after adsorption. , organic acid and protein content, extract the substances with the greatest difference, test their inhibitory effect on the growth of Spirulina, and use a mathematical model to analyze the adsorption process. The results show that the growth inhibitor of Spirulina itself is extracellular polysaccharide, using macropore The adsorption resin S-8 can reduce the polysaccharide content by 62% and increase the specific growth rate by 39.4% when treating algae liquid. The adsorption of polysaccharides in the algae liquid by S-8 can reach equilibrium in 30 minutes. The pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Boyd liquid film diffusion The model fits well with the kinetic experimental data, and the linear correlation coefficients are 0.9991 and 0.9374 respectively.
