First, the organic RFID technology and its application characteristics were analyzed, and combined with the demand for traceability of rice processing products, a feasibility analysis was made on the application of organic RFID in the processing system for traceability data collection; then, on the basis of an in-depth study of the basic principles of the rice traceability system , combined with the characteristics of organic RFID technology, in view of the shortcomings of the current traceability processing system and the need to improve its accuracy, the traceability tree algorithm is applied to the rice processing system to collect information data of rice products. The results show that by applying the traceability tree algorithm to the rice processing system, the traceability data of the processing plant can be monitored and collected accurately in real time, ensuring the integrity of the traceability information of the entire rice supply chain.
