Abstract

In view of the problem of shrimp death caused by poor water quality and insufficient dissolved oxygen in coastal aquaculture areas, the shrimp breeding wastewater was used as the experimental object to conduct experiments on Spirulina at different salinity gradients (0¡ë, 10¡ë, 15¡ë, 20¡ë, 25¡ë , 30¡ë and 35¡ë) and BOD5 concentration levels (20mg/L (average), 40mg/L (upper limit), 180mg/L (control) and different algae dosage (0, 50, 100 and 150mg/L) Experimental research on the oxygenation effect, and further constructed a mathematical model to predict the changes in DO and other factors in the water after adding Spirulina. The experimental results showed that the biomass of Spirulina grew fastest at 20¡ë salinity, and the oxygenation effect was at low The effect is better under polluted water quality conditions, and the optimal algae dosage is 100 mg/L. After verification, the model has a high degree of fit and can be used to predict the oxygenation effect of Spirulina under certain water quality conditions, and to provide guidance for the use of Spirulina oxygenation treatment in the future. Breeding wastewater has guiding significance.
