Abstract

Actin is an abundant protein in cells. In recent years, actin has been confirmed to be ubiquitously present in the nuclei of various cells. Proteins such as actin, actin-binding proteins, and actin-related proteins jointly participate in the regulation of actin form and function in the nucleus, including the conversion of actin monomer and polymerized forms, chromatin structure adjustment, and gene transcription.
