Abstract

Ser/Thr protein kinase (STK) is an important component of the biological signal transduction system. The experiment used Spirulina platensis as the material, and obtained the gene sequence of Spirulina platensis Ser/Thr protein kinase through local BLAST search and SMART domain prediction to exclude false positive results. The optimal growth temperature of the algae was determined to be 30¡ãC by measuring the growth curves at different temperatures. After induction at low temperatures of 15, 20, 25¡ãC and high temperatures of 37, 43¡ãC for 60 min respectively, the semi-quantitative RT-PCR method was used to analyze 4 strains with Changes in the expression of the Ser/Thr protein kinase gene in the transmembrane domain under normal growth temperature and after induction by low and high temperatures. It was found that stk1850 is not expressed at all temperatures; the expression levels of stk1993 and stk2111 have no significant difference at different temperatures; the expression level of stk2103 decreases after low-temperature induction and increases after high-temperature induction, suggesting that the expression of this gene may be involved The adaptation of Spirulina platensis to temperature.
