Abstract

In order to determine the molecular identification indicators of new drought-resistant wheat varieties, a total of 18 new varieties from 5 different wheat ecological types were selected, and potted and artificial drought stress and SDS-PAGE were used to study the differences in drought stress-induced proteins and drought resistance at heading stage. Relationship. The results showed that the tested varieties (lines) could be divided into three types of drought resistance: high resistance, medium resistance and low resistance according to the drought resistance index and repeated drought survival rate. Flag leaf proteins were extracted for SDS-PAGE analysis and found that under water stress conditions some high molecular weight proteins were degraded into some small molecular weight proteins and peptides. Among them, the D-differential protein with a molecular weight of about 66.2kD was found in high and medium drought resistance varieties. (lines), D-differential protein can be used as a molecular indicator for screening and identification of new drought-resistant wheat varieties.
