Abstract

In order to reveal the response mechanism of different resistant wheat varieties to stripe rust at the proteomic level, three different resistant wheat varieties were used as materials to analyze the leaves of different resistant wheat varieties after stripe rust infection from the perspective of proteome regulation. Differences in protein expression. The results showed that after infection with bacterial strain CY32 and mixed bacteria, the expression of some proteins in the leaves of the highly resistant stripe rust strain Tian9524, the slow stripe rust variety Lantian 15 and the highly susceptible stripe rust variety Mingxian 169 showed significant up-regulation or down-regulation. , using MALDI-TOF/TOFMS/MS mass spectrometry identification and MASCOT database search, a total of 16 differentially expressed protein spots were annotated from 3 wheat varieties, including 7 in Mingxian 169, 6 in Lantian 15, and Tian 9524. 3. According to their functional classification, these differentially expressed protein spots are involved in physiological activities such as chloroplast photosynthesis, protein synthesis, and disease resistance response. These differentially expressed proteins may be related to the process of wheat response to stripe rust infection, providing a reference for the cloning of stripe rust resistance-related genes and the study of disease resistance response mechanisms.
