Abstract

Objective: To explore the blood-enriching effect of Taihe Silky Chicken active peptide in vivo. Methods: A mouse anemia model was established using the blood loss method and the injection of the bone marrow suppressive drug fluorouracil, and the levels of red blood cells (RBC) and hemoglobin (HGB) were measured to observe the active peptides of silky chicken and one of its isolated active peptides (referred to as components). A) Blood replenishing effect on anemic mice. Results: The RBC level of the active peptide group was significantly different from that of the blood deficiency group on the 12th day (P £¼ 0.05); the active peptide group increased RBC and HGB levels significantly faster from the 6th to the 12th day compared with the donkey-hide gelatin group. There is a significant difference (P < 0.05). On the 18th day, the HGB level of the active peptide group exceeded the levels of each group, and was significantly different from the normal group (P £¼ 0.05). The RBC level of the active peptide component A group was higher than that of the anemia group at all time points, but there was no significant difference (P £¾ 0.05). On the 20th day, the HGB level of the active peptide component group A was no longer significantly different from that of the normal group. sexual difference (P £¾ 0.05), while the anemia group and donkey-hide gelatin group were still significantly different from the normal group (P £¼ 0.01).
