Abstract

Objective: To study the fatigue-relieving effect of pig blood peptides. Methods: 200 male Kunming mice were divided into 1 control group and 3 experimental groups. The control group was gavaged with distilled water, and the experimental group was gavaged with 0.83, 1.70, and 3.33g/kg pig blood peptide respectively. After continuous gavage for 30 days, , record the weight-bearing swimming time and normal pressure hypoxia tolerance time of mice, and detect the effects of the samples on the mouse red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin content (Hb), liver glycogen, muscle glycogen, urea nitrogen (BUN), and blood lactic acid (LA). ) index; 32 male Kunming mice were then divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group was gavaged with distilled water, and the experimental group was gavaged with 1.70g/kg pig blood peptide. After continuous gavage for 30 days, the effects of the samples on the mice were tested. Mouse superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), lactate dehydrogenation enzyme (LDA), creatine kinase (CK) indicators, and tissue sections of skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle were observed. Results: Pig blood peptides can significantly extend the weight-bearing swimming time and normal pressure hypoxia tolerance time of mice; significantly increase the RBC and Hb contents, liver and muscle glycogen reserves and SOD and GSH-PX activities; and reduce the BUN, MDA and NO contents. and NOS, LDA, CK activity and LA area under the curve; it has a protective effect on skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle damage after exercise. Conclusion: Pig blood peptide has obvious fatigue-relieving effect, and the dose of 1.70g/kg has the best effect. Its anti-fatigue effect is related to enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity (to reduce the damage to skeletal and cardiac muscles caused by excessive free radical production caused by long-term endurance exercise) and reducing NOS activity in brain tissue (to reduce the occurrence of central fatigue after excessive NO production). ) and enhance the body¡¯s aerobic metabolism, etc.
