Abstract

36, 72, 144, 216, 324, 450 mg were studied in vitro? Degradation rate of L-16 levels of soybean peptides, corn peptides and rumen fluid peptides in rumen microbial culture fluid. The results show that as the culture time increases, the peptide content in the culture fluid treated with peptides from the three sources significantly decreases (P<001); for different peptide sources, rumen fluid peptides degrade the fastest, and the unit after culture Time peptide concentration is the lowest, followed by soybean peptide degradation rate, corn peptide degradation is the slowest, and the peptide concentration per unit time after culture is the highest (P<005 or P<001); free amino acid nitrogen produced by corn peptide degradation per unit time after culture (FAAN) has the lowest amount, followed by soybean peptide, and FAAN produced by the degradation of rumen fluid peptides has the largest amount. The results showed that the sources of peptides were different, and their degradation rates were different. Rumen fluid peptides and soybean peptides degraded faster, while corn peptides degraded slower.
